About the Project

This platform exists to give visibility to local traditional artisans and to the knowledge they carry — knowledge passed on in workshops rather than textbooks.

What it holds

• Profiles of five masters with a biography, a description of the craft, photographs, films, products and contact details.
• A digital exhibition of photographs, films and the story behind each piece.
• Notes on techniques, materials and people.
• A direct channel to reach the makers.

Why

A craft without a successor disappears within a single generation. Visibility alone will not prevent that, but it is the first condition: no one can learn from a master they do not know exists.
